11月4日 Bad Comfort zone badI like my comfort zone as much as the next person. It is relaxing and reassuring. It does absolutely nothing for you though in your effort to accomplish your goals and get to your self actualization. A friend of mine recently wrote on his blog a post that really hit home to me. It hit home because it was about changing perception and getting out of your comfort zone. I have been thinking about this a lot the past few weeks because I have realized I have been hanging out in my comfort zone for awhile, and because of this opportunities to learn and grow (personally and professionally) have past me by. These are opportunities that do not come back most of the time. Sure some times you will make a mistake, but as his blog states, it is ok to make mistakes. I encourage you to read his blog. |
